Profile: David works with global staffing & executive search clients to develop solutions that drive innovation and deliver tremendous results. Recruiting 3.0 requires a more sophisticated approach to find, select and manage top talent and David helps his clients leverage LinkedIn to lead the way. He helps with reinventing the professional profile of a record, believing that the resume is being replaced with the LinkedIn profile and that LinkedIn will become the only resource for candidate selection and verification. 

Mary Spillane – Executive Coach, Communications Expert, former special assistant to Presidents Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan 

Title of session: Impact & Influence – It’s Personal. 

Profile: Mary is an expert in communications, business development, performance improvement, cross-cultural communication and personal branding. She is a coach to senior business executives and CEOS in Industry, Financial and Professional Services. She is used as a speech and blog writer by these clients as well as by politicians and is in demand for conference and after-dinner presentations. Mary began her career as a special assistant to Presidents Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan and to the UNHCR in Geneva Institute. In addition to an MA from Harvard University and a MSC from Simmons, she is a guest lecturer at various business schools and has written seven titles on personal impact including: “Branding Yourself” 

David Crawford – Russell Reynolds Associates, Executive Search Firm and Assessment 

Title of session: Do’s & Don’ts from Recruiting 

Profile: David Crawford leads the Technology Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates in Europe. He concentrates on technology clients, focusing on software, system integration and outsourcing assignments. Based in London, David works on assignments for large, well-established clients as well as smaller, well-funded, venture capital-backed clients. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999, David was with Andersen Consulting in the U.K. as a manager in the Customer Relationship Management global line of business. He also had leading roles in major international sales campaigns. Previously, David was with a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson as a territory manager.
